The primary purpose of this position is to partner with likeminded companies to generate a consistent and growing flow of project leads within the restoration segment of the Central Florida construction market.

Position Overview:

An account manager in working alongside our business development manager is responsible to identify, research, strategize and implement a plan to build long term strategic relationships with related insurance referral sources to generate a consistent lead funnel for our GCS sales reps and managers. Have a working knowledge of what it looks like to instill confidence & peace of mind to all referral partners constantly, keeping this mission on the forefront of your mind.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Create and maintain qualified prospect account lists
  • Perform sales calls resulting in scheduled meetings with target prospects
  • Obtain commitment from customers to establish our company as their preferred vendor for all mitigation/restoration and roofing services we provide
  • Identify and develop partnerships with appropriate contractors that can provide additional value to our customers as part of our relationship
  • Develop existing customer accounts by expanding the services for which we are their preferred supplier
  • Identify prospect customers consistent with the Business Plan and marketing strategy and lead the Whale Hunting sales process for key accounts
  • Maintain consistent frequent contact with existing accounts in order to better understand and meet the customer’s needs and develop the relationship

Insurance Restoration Sales Manager

Position Summary / Purpose:

Provide support to management in the orchestration of administrative functions.

Assist in the increase of cashflow by the consistent and accurate follow up on negotiated and agreed upon insurance claims. Provide exceptional customer service through accurate reporting and documentation updates in various insurance communication platforms.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Ensure GCS stays in compliance on various insurance carrier platforms
  • Consistent weekly follow up on restoration & mitigation billing
  • Accurate data entry in company CRM
  • Accurate data entry in carrier and partner platforms
  • Keep company spreadsheet updated with accurate information

As our representatives in the field this position will often be the face of GCS to our clients. GCS specializes in commercial and residential remodeling and restoration. Our projects include custom remodeling jobs as well as fire, flood, wind restoration, mold remediation and roofing. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the project managers as our main goal is to bring relief and a sense of pride to our customer’s through quality, efficiency, honesty and the knowledge in which your work is performed.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • It is your responsibility to be at work on time and prepared to work when scheduled. There are times when our meeting arrangements will change based on when or where our projects are located. There is no tolerance for tardiness or your failure to be at work without valid reason.
  • Most work performed is labor oriented. The ability to bend, squat crawl, climb and reach to perform your work will be necessary.
  • Proper understanding and safe use of handheld power tools is expected.

The primary purpose of this role is to support sales efforts by moving clients through the insurance restoration estimating process and to generate confidence in our team. We want our production team to begin the project with an already-satisfied client.

Position Overview

The restoration estimator supports and reports to a restoration sales manager and is responsible to complete the estimating and insurance negotiating process for assigned projects. This includes obtaining pertinent bids from vendors and subcontractors, creating a detailed Xactimate estimate, negotiating with insurance carriers for scope and valuation, and keeping the client informed every step of the way.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take over a project once sales has secured a signed contract from a customer and has provided all necessary measurements and/or documentation
  • Maintain weekly communication with assigned clients
  • Expected to keep all pertinent information in CRM updated
  • Obtain bids/pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for the project, as necessary.
  • Create a sketch & estimate in Xactimate format following company guidelines and policies
  • Submit estimate to the client’s insurance company and provide adequate documentation for scope to justify payment
  • After the insurance estimate is agreed upon and funds are secured, hand off project to sales to meet with the customer to walk through scope, pricing and project details. (Our selections coordinator will work with the client to finalize selections within the budget at a later date.)
  • After the project is scoped, designed and priced, prepare a written budget and present it to sales for follow up
  • Bid on all roofing projects in the roof marketplace portal

The primary purpose of this position is to support GCS in its effort to provide 24/7 emergency services as our main goal is to bring relief and a sense of relief to our customers through quality, efficiency, honesty and the knowledge in which our work is performed.

Overall View:

A mitigation project manager is responsible for responding to emergency service calls, writing and submitting mitigation invoices to the insurance company and/or other financially responsible party, following up through completion of the mitigation project, and collecting mitigation payments. He/she sees to it that the project is dried out properly, customers are kept informed, and mitigation revenue continues to increase through positive interactions with trade partners, insurance companies, and customers alike.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to emergency calls during both work hours and on call hours.
  • Arrive at the job site, explain mitigation process, and get work authorization signed by customer, when applicable.
  • Complete demo and dry out, utilizing the on-call list for additional support when needed.
  • Responsible for maintaining and growing the on-call list
  • Sketch and invoice the mitigation portion of the claim using Xactimate when applicable.
  • Negotiate claim with insurance company and/or responsible party when applicable.
  • Keep drying log up to date throughout drying process.
  • Create Slack channel and upload pictures and other necessary documents as required.
  • Follow through with projects to collect final payment(s).
  • Follow up with customers as projects are completed to ask for Google reviews.
  • Keep mitigation equipment (air scrubbers, dehumidifiers, air movers, etc) clean, repaired in house when possible, and schedule maintenance and outside repairs when necessary.
  • Assist with cleaning the shop, exterior areas, delivering supplies/equipment to projects, and providing
    support in the field as needed and when time permits.

Roofing Sales Manager

Primary Purpose:

Green Construction Services specializes in commercial and residential insurance restoration & roofing. Our projects include fire, flood, storm & mold remediation, roofing & custom remodeling projects. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee, schedule and manage all our roofing projects from permitting to completion.

Position Overview:

A roofing project coordinator is responsible to coordinate permitting, material ordering, scheduling of crews and to maintain all proper documentation for roofing related projects through GCS. They should have a working knowledge of what it looks like to instill confidence & peace of mind to all our clients and to keep this mission at the forefront of your mind.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coordinate material deliveries for all roofing projects. Informing vendors, subs and clients
  • Responsible for homeowner satisfaction upon completion of every roofing project via certificate of satisfaction
  • Document all progress and completion notes for every roofing project within CRM
  • Report all deficiencies in projects that need to be rectified for a successful completion on every project
  • Responsible to track project financials including; material expenditures, labor invoices & receivables for all roofing projects
  • Register all customer manufacturers warranties
  • Responsible for finding efficiencies in processes as the role matures and grows
  • Complete weekly and monthly roofing sales reports
  • Working alongside the estimators you will have the responsibility to pull all required information together that is needed for obtaining building permits. This pertains to both roofing and building projects.
  • Responsible to see permit process through from submission to completion
  • Meet with various homeowners to sign any required permit applications (when applicable)
  • Keep all documentation/registrations current with various building departments
  • Follow up on items/information required for a smooth permit submittal process
  • When applicable research set back and/or variance options for current/future builds
  • Gather and collect all necessary product approval information needed for each submittal packet
  • Follow through on all permitted projects to ensure a certificate of completion is issued
  • Schedule any/all necessary building inspections for projects

A roofing superintendent is responsible for delivering and returning material, checking job sites for cleanliness and that all work is being completed per the approved specs and per GCS expectations, and meeting with customers and trade partners as needed. They should have a working knowledge of what it looks like to instill confidence & peace of mind to all our clients and to keep this mission at the forefront of your mind.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver materials to jobsites, including shingles, plywood, drip edge, etc.
  • Pick up and return left over materials following completion
  • Utilize the project management tools Slack and Builder trend to upload pictures and document projects as required.
  • Inspect job sites for progress and cleanliness
  • Meet with clients to obtain NOC’s, COS’s. collect payments, and answer questions as needed
  • Deliver documents to municipalities as needed to aid in obtaining permits

This includes obtaining pertinent bids from vendors and subcontractors, creating a detailed Xactimate estimate, negotiating with insurance carriers for scope and valuation, and keeping the client informed every step of the way. On occasion, the estimator may handle the initial sales call for smaller projects.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Take over a project once a sales manager secures a signed contract from a customer.
  • Occasionally, may handle initial sales meeting to secure a signed contract from the client.
  • Maintain weekly communication with the client.
  • Expected to keep all pertinent information in CRM updated
  • Obtain bids/pricing from subcontractors and suppliers for the project, as necessary.
  • Create a written estimate in Xactimate format following company guidelines and policies
  • Submit estimate to the client’s insurance company and provide adequate documentation for scope to justify payment
  • After the insurance estimate is agreed upon and funds are secured, meet with the customer to walk through scope, pricing and project details. (Our selections coordinator will work with the client to finalize selections within the budget at a later date.)
  • After the project is scoped, designed and priced, prepare a written budget and present it to the client in a reasonable time frame (typically within 5 -7 days).
  • Finalize the sales process by introducing the client to their GCS Project Manager. Schedule an on-site meeting to walk through the project with the client and the project manager. Take this opportunity to reiterate, and if necessary to clarify, the project scope, logistics and timing.
  • Responsible for the oversight and performance of junior insurance estimators

Team leader or supervisory responsibility experience preferred.

    Basic understanding of financial reports: Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and budgeting. Ability to review completed job costing, assess performance, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Technical Skills
    Advanced technical skills, experience and certification in the restoration services the company provides.
  • Mathematical Skills
    Adequate math skills. Able to quickly and effectively translate remaining work into manpower planning, project completion times, and review and assess labor time reporting. Effectively project job costs based on work remaining.

    Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of computers and computer software, especially MS Word and Excel. Experience with Xactimate software is a plus.

Our projects include fire, flood, wind restoration, mold remediation, roofing as well as custom remodeling projects As our representative in the field, this position will often be the face of Green Construction to our clients. The primary purpose of this position is to bring peace of mind and a sense of relief to our customers through quality, efficiency, honesty, and the knowledge in which your work is performed.

Overall View:

A construction superintendent is a person who plans and ensures the coordination of construction projects. He/She has the responsibility of supervising the overall construction project(s). He/She ensures that the quality of work and materials is upheld, and working along with the project manager, that the budget is followed as planned. He/She is entitled with the total supervision of all the operations on site. He/She ensures that the workers are implementing what is on the design plan. He/She monitors the workers and the progress of the project and reports to the project manager as well as directly to the homeowner. He/She is held liable of any happenings at the construction site and see to it that the project is completed on time and that the laid down standards are met.

Major Responsibilities and Duties

  • Being onsite to oversee the construction process.
  • Ensuring that the budget is followed in terms of purchases and wages.
  • Organizing the workers and ensuring that they are performing as required.
  • General inspection of the workers and their performance and safety.
  • Works with government inspectors on the standard requirements of the site and regulations.

  • Uploads daily project updates and photos in company software on every job being supervised.

  • Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process.

  • Gets a COS signed on completion of every project.
